Green-houses
The irrigation in glass-houses requires special accuracy. This is why we offer our clients a whole array of precise irrigating systems. These are characterized by precision and reliability, as well as minimal exploitation costs. Dripping systems can be divided into drippers?, capillaries, and misters.
More and more clients return to us every year to expand already existing installations. What is more, the biggest Polish conglomerates located near Janów, Sobień Jezior and Leonów have entrusted us with the irrigation of their green-houses.
The pipes, which we produce, are made from the high-quality UV-proof materials. Our Aquarius controllers guarantee precision in irrigating process. These controllers are adjusted to work under the harshest conditions. Hermetic casing guarantees long-term and uninterrupted exploitation, whereas automatic electric valves will switch off the irrigation when it is necessary. We also offer filtering systems for agricultural purposes. These systems are essential in every major installation.
We offer various irrigating and sprinkling systems for all kinds of cultivation.
We believe that the best solution for garden cultivation in tunnels or in glass-houses is the individual dripping irrigation through emitters, which use low pressure of water. This system works perfectly for the cultivation of vegetables and decorative plants, container cultivation and also on artificial soils used in glass-houses. Water in the form of pre-filtered droplets reaches the soil around individual plants. Irrigation with fertilization means adding soluble fertilizers to water.
Emitters of different output can be used, ranging from 2 l/h to 8 l/h. They are divided into two groups: with and without water pressure compensation. The most advanced emitter is the one with compensation, because it provides equal water expenditure on the whole working area.
Another alternative is the individual irrigation of plants using capillaries. Their standard length is 80cm, the diameter is 0,7; 0,8; 0,9 or 1,0 mm (different diameters allow for smaller or bigger water expenditure - from 2 l/h to 6,5 l.h, with the water pressure of 1 atm). Capillaries are connected by a feeding line which stretches alongside the rows of plants. The biggest asset of the dripping irrigation (based either on capillaries or drippers) is high water saving. What is more, the risk of fungi diseases is considerably decreased, because water is supplied directly to the roots leaving the leaves completely dry.
